When you delete a service, all data and settings are deleted. For example, when you delete a hosting service, all site files are deleted automatically. Therefore, we recommend that you save all the necessary data before deleting it.

How to delete a service in your Personal Account

1. Log in to the site. In your Personal Account, in the Technical Support section, create a new request specifying the service and requesting that it be deleted.
2. Wait for the response from the technical support staff

Is it possible to refund money for a remote service

If the deletion request was sent within 24 hours of the order, the cost of the service will be refunded in full

If more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, the cost of the service will not be refunded

If the service has a residual value, you can cancel it with a refund. When the service is deleted, unused funds are returned to the account balance of the service owner.

In what cases can the hosting service be suspended?

If your website hosting is suspended, what does it mean?

The hosting service may be suspended:

• in case of violation of the offer agreement;
• at the end of the payment period.

You cannot suspend the hosting service yourself.
